Bathtime!

Gracie had her first bath yesterday! She DID NOT like it! My mom is here and it's been great. Enjoy some pictures!

Last Sunday night, 1:45 a.m., Brent realized that his phone was off all day and decided to check his messages. There was one from the LDS social worker saying they had a little girl for us. I told Brent to had me his phone and he thought I was crazy for calling her back at that time of night.

"She said to call any time!", I said.

She told us a little girl had been born. She weighed 7lbs. 5 oz. Of course Brent and I couldn't fall asleep now! I finally fell asleep at 6:00 a.m. and woke up at 9:30. I started making calls and in about 2 hours I had one friend over with a TON of baby things, a mother-in-law crying but shopping on the internet, and a sister who wouldn't stop calling.
We finally got to meet our little girl yesterday afternoon and I just cried, of course, when they put her in my arms. She loves when Brent holds her and just calms right down. We made it through the night and she already loves pacifiers. She's a good little eater and hardly cries (only when she hungry.)
We feel so blessed at this moment and are soooo happy to finally be parents! And before I turn 30!
